Vegan Pumpkin Cake Debbie, November 18, 2023November 19, 2023 Vegan Pumpkin Cake 1 1/2 C. flour1 cup sugar1 tsp. cinnamon1/2 tsp. allspice1 tsp. nutmeg1/2 tsp. ground cloves1 tsp. baking soda 1/2 C. canned pumpkin (not pumpkin pie filling)3/4 C. water6 Tbsp. Vegetable oil1 tsp. vinegar Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix together dry ingredients. Add pumpkin, water, oil and vinegar. Mix well. Pour into 8 inch cake pan. Bake 30 minutes or until done.
